Councillor 1 – Paul, you need to stop running around the place like you’re king shit. It is getting very old, and the residents of Erinsborough will not stand for it

Paul – I AM KING SHIT. WHAT ARE YOU ON ABOUT YOU STUPID WOMAN? AND THE RESIDENTS LOVE ME OR OTHERWISE THEY WOULD NOT HAVE VOTED ME IN

Councillor 2 – There is no need to yell at councillor 1 Paul. She was just stating the facts

Paul (interrupting) – Do not tell me what to do you devil woman. There were no facts in her dribble.

Councillor 1 – PAUL, You net you need to stop the name calling. We are trying to have a meeting about the way you’re acting towards to residents, and you’re turning this into a fight.

Paul: I DO WHAT I WANT AS I AM THEY MAYOR. IF YOU DON’T LIKE IT, QUIT. I CAN HANDLE ALL YOUR JOBS

Councillor 2 – what? While you’re up in your ivory tower moping about the loss of your niece? It was a tragic loss, but you need to try and get on with your life, treating people with respect

Paul – How dare you bring Kate into this you insolent moron. She has only been dead for a few months. I am mourning her loss.

Councillor 1 – We understand this, but you still need to treat people with respect, especially those who are trying to help you.

Paul – I DON’T NEED HELP. I AM CAPABLE OF HANDLING EVERYTHING MYSELF. IF YOU DON’T STOP THIS TIRADE, I WILL FIRE YOU ALL. I TREAT EVERYONE THE WAY THEY TREAT ME.

Councillor 2 – Paul, stop with the yelling.

Paul – I AM THE MAYOR. I CAN YELL ESPECIALLY SINCE YOU ARE BOTH DRIBBLING UTTER CRAP. NOW GET OUT OF MY SIGHT.

Ok now to make that last four weeks.

They harrass Paul on a daily basis, where every argument is similar, until Paul finally cracks, fires them and ends up in anger management classes.

Then again just because the ramifications of councils actions hurt us for every doesn't mean their arguments take that long so the Mayor fight could happen over 1 ep and then a few eps of fall out and then it gets forgotten in anything other than passing conversation by pissed off residents.

We don't really need a council election anyt.ime soon
