I was today, torn between my need to go into a Telstra shop and my undying desire to never go near the dead zone ever again. I should have taken a peon with me and let them deal with the place.

Telstra lurve me when I call up ... I'm on their hate list.

I don't have any services with them but I need a phone unlocked. Next time I'll just ring the number stuff the local t-store.

Just tell them if they don't do what you ask, the angry midget will call them

Oh I got what I wanted it took 3 people to get the code which I could have rung up for and got myself, but I did get the phone unlocked.

I can get that from one person ... they don't like transferring me. I should have saved some of my online chats with them for your enjoyment.
