Was good to see Braindead a little more human last night. He's still far from my favourite character but the way her interacted with Sonya was much better acting than he's been known for of late. I don't mind if he stays around if they are going to change him from the stupid ex-cop hell bent on revenge character. Guess it's nearly time for him to go back to work.

He definitely does need a hobby if he doesn't go back to work.

P.S. I haven't been with a goat.

I did like the way Mark spoke to Sonya last night. He's been and idiot and some of her efforts have been questionable but taken as a one off the way Mark spoke really did go against his recent character.

Maybe he is becoming a changed man?

Not really but he does need a story line that has some substance if he's hanging around.

He sure needs something to do. A job perhaps. I don't think I have ever seen a Centrelink office in erinsborough, so he would need to start getting in money somehow soon.

He's driving an $80k car, he's got a stash of cash somewhere.

Or it's coming in illegally! Now wouldn't that be a story.

Cardboard would need a hint to help him find any illegal money and the only help is the ex-cop he'd be investigating, would be a hard story to write.

Why would they need to find it when braindead was personally receiving it from illegal channels such as drug dealings?

Gives Cardboard something to do. After all Kate's story is wrapped up what do we need cops for now?

If you think back to the last cop on the street (I'm sure it was Stieger) he became less and less about being a cop and more about his home life with the Timmins' in last last months of his character. I don't know if constantly stories involving cops will make Erinsborough seem like a criminal town but I'm not sure the viewers can stand too much home life with Cardboard.
